This image was made as the sun set on a cold winter evening on a frozen Turquoise Lake. I love the way the forest/trees in this image are ghosting against the sunset colors in the valley beyond. I was set up on the dam shooting across the reservoir as the sun slid over the mountains behind me. The lake already immersed in the blue colors of winter twilight contrasted nicely with the last sunset colors in the sky and the distant valley. This is Chromascape 062.  ~ Marc
