On a day I spent wandering around Colorado, I found myself at Pueblo Reservoir making Chromascapes. Everything I was focused on creating used the long views across the deep blue water as the base. As I was walking back to the car, I stopped to watch the light flicker in the shallow water on the rocky bank of the reservoir. The colors and patterns were beautiful and totally different from what I had been shooting over the past two hours. This image was a total experiment with long exposure and the ever-changing sunlight filtering thought the water. It’s fascinating to me how the horizontal movement I created of the shore is almost nonexistent in the water. The beautiful dancing light washing against the shore in motion is Chromascape 076.  ~ Marc
